At Lockwood Research, we’re all about numbers: providing clients with the information necessary to make the best-informed decisions possible. But, our clients are never a number to us. As a small firm, we pride ourselves on our higher level of personal attention, quality of service, and the permanent involvement of ownership/management in the execution of each and every research project.
Working in many different categories on a wide variety of projects, our team has the context, viewpoint, and confidence to help you. We are committed, honest, competent, and reliable. So, despite our high-tech world, we consider ourselves to be a “people business.”
Tammy Lockwood, owner, has over 25 years of experience in data collection and analysis. She started Scudder & Associates Research in 1989, and Lockwood Research in 2003. She received a M.I.M. (Master Degree in International Management) from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), and graduated cum laude from St. Cloud State University with a B.S. in Marketing and French.
Ms. Lockwood believes in community service and held board positions for the Mid-Oregon Ad Club (1988-1999), the Willamette Valley AMA (2003-2012), and the Emerald Marketing Association (2012 – present). She was a part-time instructor for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon (1983-2002).
The interviewers are the backbone of most data collection. Interviewers are chosen specifically for projects based on their experience with different methodologies.
We strive to have a fun atmosphere based on mutual respect.
